The House
The house is ideal for relaxing on the lawn with its private pool or for walking to Joatinga Beach. Joá is a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nature, and we stay in a condominium with 24-hour security. The cleaning fee includes cleaning the entire house before and after, and preparing the rooms with all the bed linen and towels. The daily rate includes: free mineral water, nespresso capsules, all cleaning products, garden and pool maintenance, and maid service every other day.
THE SPACE:
We offer all the facilities to comfortably accommodate 1 to 8 adults and up to 2 children up to 10 years old.
1st floor - In the garden, in addition to the recently renovated and modernized swimming pool with night lights, there is a 400m2 flat lawn with views of the mountain (Pico dos Quatro), fruit trees, delicate landscaping and a charming Balinese gazebo. The house is surrounded by cozy verandas and has a large covered lounge with air conditioning and retractable doors that can also be used for home-office or small meetings. There is a beautiful bamboo and eucalyptus pergola at the back of the house, decorated with light fittings and a beautiful mosaic panel. This floor has 2 toilets, a nespresso machine, a brewer, as well as the living room furniture. We provide yokes, towels, chairs and tents for the beach and pool at no extra cost.
2nd floor - Living room and dining room with air conditioning, piano, games, books, films, veranda with automated awnings, fully equipped kitchen, crockery for 10 people (with wine glasses, champagne, etc.) 4 complete suites (with air conditioning, fan, curtains), top quality bed linen, towels, bathrobes and hangers.
GUEST ACCESS:
All the spaces described, except the garage. It is possible to park in front of the house in complete safety. We are in a totally residential area and we recommend that you order delivery or bring your groceries from the supermarket, as there is no way of getting there on foot. We recommend the Zona Sul or Horti Fruti supermarkets in São Conrado.

Casa 10 is incredible, beautiful space! Delicious pool even in winter, space for barbecues and conversations, super clean and beautiful! From the second floor we felt like we were in a tree house. Super comfortable beds, great bathrooms, we went with a group of friends and children and it was a success! And it's next door (on foot) to one of the most beautiful beaches in Rio! Flávia was always available and helpful with tips and questions. We want to come back!

Everything is perfect! The house is even better than in the photos, beautiful! Extremely welcoming, good energy, Flavia has thought of everything, from the pampering, to the bathrobes, yokes, slippers available, blankets on the sofa, we felt very well looked after. Our best experience so far, from the house itself to the warmth of the details. We would like to highlight the very well equipped kitchen and Adriana's assistance with cleaning during our stay.
